⏰ You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
✅ All returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unaltered, and unwashed.
🏷️ Items marked final sale can’t be returned.
🌐 We’re only able to process returns from purchases made directly on our site. If you bought Honest Basics through another retailer, please follow their returns process.
🚫 If you’ve received a damaged product or there’s been a mistake with your order, please contact us at
hello@honest-basics.com. We’ll arrange a return or replacement free of charge.

💸 Refunds & processing times:
Returns may take up to 1 week to process once we receive them.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is issued.
Refund processing times depend on your payment method:
PayPal → usually immediate
Credit card → 2–3 business days
Sofort → up to 1 week (due to provider limitations)
